The company has a steady state workforce of 120 people comprising of engineers, CAD & CAE operators, electrical tradesmen and admin staff. However, to cater for demand e.g. during the shutdown periods this figure increases significantly. Considerable resources have been devoted to DACS' manufacturing plant and people, and the company is entirely committed to a policy of ongoing investment in production facilities and in employing a trained and competent workforce.
